Our Administration team members at ESA's three locations in the Melbourne metropolitan area are there to ensure that your appointment with our Medical and Clinical staff runs as smoothly as possible. We are a team dedicated to working in the medical environment and we are encouraged to take extra steps to understand and meet your needs.
We have your best interests at heart in arranging timely appointments and in responding to your queries and concerns. In the busy environment of Eye Surgery Associates where our Ophthalmologists are in high demand it is not always easy to get you the appointment that you want or need. Our aim is to exceed expectations and we always give the highest priority to emergency situations.
Our people are 'home based' at East Melbourne, Doncaster or Malvern but may be working at any of our sites on a particular day, so you can expect to see any one of us at any of our locations.
All staff are trained to understand the different areas of sub-specialty that our ophthalmologists provide to enable us to handle your requirements effectively and appropriately. Our central booking system allows your booking or treatment enquiries to be handled at any of our sites.
