Surgical & Medical Retina
The retina is a thin light-sensitive layer of tissue that lines the inner surface of the eye. The retina captures light and then sends the signals to the brain that result in vision. Disease of and/or damage to the retina can cause blurred or loss of vision. Prompt medical treatment is often required to save the vision in the eye.
The retinal specialists who work with us understand the urgent nature of patients with potentially vision threatening diseases of the retina and are committed to ensuring patients are seen urgently when necessary and provided with the highest quality care.
